Great Design
To add floor area without encroaching into your outdoor living areas, add a second story over the whole house or garage. Maybe a second story addition would offer new, scenic views from the upper floor? While building up can be more economical, if you’ve got yard space to spare, adding on to the house at the ground level is a bit less disruptive, making it easier to live at home during construction. We will do a deep dive into how you intend to live and identify your highest priorities, and the best design to meet them, so you get the most proverbial bang for the buck, aka, the best value.

A COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTION
Although we are happy to build your addition from plans you’ve developed with another designer or architect, the design-build model works particularly well for additions. Alongside the design process, we are estimating the construction costs, tailoring the design to fit the budget. And since we know we are personally responsible for building it on time and on budget, we take that into account as we design. There will also be hoops to jump through – permits, energy compliance, and the like – but we will handle that from start to finish, since our design-build contracts are full service. Then the building begins, and doesn’t stop till we’ve finished every detail to our high standards.
