CONSTRUCTION REGULATION CHANGE
Due to 2018 changes in the local housing codes, you’ve never been in a better position to add an additional dwelling space to your property! In San Diego, you can build up to 1200 square feet or 50% of the primary residence’s size, whichever is less. This can be an attached or detached addition, a garage conversion, or a remodel of existing space.
