We take pride in adding to the beauty of our community! We have partnered with developers and investors for decades, building condos and townhomes in our signature Mediterranean – California design style.

Drive through Pacific Beach and you will see our multi-family construction around every corner. One of our favorite multi-family construction projects is our award-winning eight-unit townhome project at the southeast corner of Cass and Sapphire in Pacific Beach.

Armstrong Builders is open to development and joint ventures. We are flexible in our approach to development partnerships and welcome the opportunity to discuss individual proposals.

We design and build beautiful custom homes, with four decades of experience building new-construction projects including single family homes, condos and townhomes. Many of those buildings we designed from the ground up, but we’ve also worked with many top San Diego architects along the way – Jim Gabriel, Bill Metz, Curt Holder and Mark Lyon – partnerships that have resulted in AIA and Orchid Award-winning homes and townhomes.

Once you’ve decided to build with Armstrong Builders, we develop complete construction documents, required for permitting and construction, and then submit to regulatory agencies on your behalf. While we wait for the permits, we assist you in selecting finishes, appliances, hardware and all the multitude of items that go into a custom home. Then it’s time to build! Our project superintendent keeps a close eye on the project, managing the day-to-day work of our in-house crews and subcontractors, insuring quality construction at every stage of construction, from rough to finish!
