Many of those buildings we designed from the ground up, but we’ve also worked with many top San Diego architects along the way – Jim Gabriel, Bill Metz, Curt Holder and Mark Lyon – partnerships that have resulted in AIA and Orchid Award-winning homes and townhomes. New construction projects give us the opportunity to really maximize views and natural light, which our designs are known for.
END TO END CONTRACTOR SERVICES
While we are happy to build your home from plans already drawn up, ideally we don’t just build your home, we design it! Our staff and design partners work together with you to develop a plan that fits your site, your needs, and your budget. In preliminary design, we’ll offer multiple options to choose from, while explaining how each differ in cost and complexity. Once you’ve decided which direction to go, we develop complete construction documents, required for permitting and construction, and then submit to regulatory agencies on your behalf.
A GREAT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
While we wait for the permits, we assist you in selecting finishes, appliances, hardware and all the multitude of items that go into a custom home. Then it’s time to build! Our project superintendent keeps a close eye on the project, managing the day-to-day work of our in-house crews and subcontractors, insuring quality construction at every stage of construction, from rough to finish!
